Pricing for renting our venues is dependent on your venue needs, date, time, staffing/technical needs and type of event.

We can host a wide variety of events that include but are not limited to:

• Corporate Events such as dinners, cocktail parties, holiday parties, auctions, fundraisers and more
• Wedding ceremonies and receptions
• Birthdays
• Concerts
• Large receptions
• Film screenings
• Luncheons
• Sit down dinners

Your vision will get brought to life by our in-house team of event coordinators, our exclusive party rental company Blue Water Rentals and our sound and light team.

Services that can be brought in:

• Entertainment: We have recommended providers as well that you’ll get from your event coordinator once you book a date (Example: www.Delicate.com).
• Catering: We have recommended providers as well that you’ll get from your event coordinator once you book a date (Example: www.cuisinestyle.com and www.maxsworld.com)

Services that are exclusive to our in-house team:

• Party Rentals (linens, glassware, tables, chairs, etc.): Blue Water Rentals (www.BlueWaterPartyRentals.com) is our exclusive partner and you will meet with them once you book to discuss your vision.
• Bar and Alcohol Services: We have an in-house team for all alcohol and bar needs, once you reserve your date you will meet with our Bar Manager to create the right bar package for your event.

Fox Theatre Redwood City staff will provide the following:

• On-Site General Manager
• On-Site Production Manager
• Box Office Staff
• Bar Staff
• Ticket Provider
